1. Agreement
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
2. Our services
We provide business automation and customer-communication services. Specific deliverables, pricing, and terms for any paid service are set out in the separate agreement or order you receive from us. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement wins.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when you contact us or sign up
- Use our services lawfully and not for anything prohibited by law
- Not misuse our services — including attempting to disrupt them or access them without authority
4. Text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive messages, you agree that:
- We may send you SMS messages relating to your enquiry, your account, and our services.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We will then stop sending messages, except for a final confirmation of your opt-out.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
5. Cancellation policy
You may cancel a service at any time by contacting us at mrankin@blueskyprocessing.com or (813) 304-3448. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless your separate agreement says otherwise. Amounts already paid for services already delivered are not refundable except where required by law.
6. Payment
Paid services are billed as set out in your separate agreement or order. Payments are due as stated there. Pricing is set out in the agreement you receive.
7. Intellectual property
Our website, content, and services — including our software and materials — are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is". We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, except as expressly stated in a separate agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profits or lost data — arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
10. Third-party services
Our services may connect to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for those platforms, their availability, or their terms.
11. Ending this agreement
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or use our services unlawfully.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes are subject to the courts of that state.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
